Our on-premise Sales Team tour prospective owners around the resort while promoting the many advantages of vacation ownership. Our most successful sales executives are articulate communicators who make authentic customer connections and offer a professional presentation of our high-quality products, programs and finance options. Sales opportunities exist for prospects as well as current owners, as well as the option to sell our unique one-year VIP (Vacation Introductory Program) package as a way to sample ownership with Hilton Grand Vacations. This role is ideal for people who maintain a high degree of integrity and service, and who consistently close sales in accordance with revenue and volume expectations. Titles may include Vacation Counselor, Executive or Action Line Sales Representative.
Other Team Members work in Rental Sales in jobs similar to hotel sales positions as well as Telesales, promoting the advantages of our flexible points system and encouraging the purchase of additional ownership interests. Sales are facilitated through outbound marketing campaigns, as well as incoming inquiries.

Support team positions also exist within our Quality Assurance and Contracts departments. Administrative Assistants, Greeters and Sales Gallery Representatives help to complete the Hilton experience both before and after the sale.
