This is a global Hilton Worldwide HR initiative to ensure that candidates have the access and ability to seek out career information more efficiently. One aspect that our recruitment team is excited about is that it allows for a smoother transition for candidates to become new hires.

The system adds several new features. Candidates can create a profile that can be updated periodically, which in turn provides recruiters with the most up to date career information to support the recruiting process.
