Job Summary

The Manager Marketing Analysis is to be responsible for
developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company
objectives.  To evaluate customer data,
market conditions, implement marketing plan alterations as needed.  Work with cross-functional teams in the
design, execution and delivery of data related projects and analysis that
support strategic business decisions for the Marketing organization.


The
Manager Marketing Analysis is to support business development efforts by
maintaining internal client relationships, and assisting in internal planning
activities.  Conduct primary interviews
to obtain critical insights and information to assist management with
continuous improvement of marketing performance through building and monitoring
program efficiency. Develop and administer analysis to ensure key management
personnel receive sales/marketing data on a timely basis to support the
business strategy.  Monitor evolving
needs and business strategy and leverages opportunities for efficiencies.


The Manager Marketing Analysis will also focus on providing well-conceived, accurate
and impactful information to assist management in guiding improved performance;
forecasting, ongoing analysis of programs, detailed market segmentation and
comparative analysis of segment performance, validation of predictive models,
proforma modeling of new programs, reporting and analysis of a variety of
projects.




What are we looking for?


Required Qualifications:

Experience using SQL and writing SQL queries

Experience in marketing analysis, forecasting and predictive
modeling, campaign management and/or customer bases analysis

Proficient in Microsoft Office

 

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Degree

Experience using Cognos and Unica

Experience with meta-data

Experience with data warehousing
