Job Summary
Manages and directs all aspects of the Deli/Mini Mart operations of Hilton Grand Vacations. Ensures quality service and product delivered to guest's satisfaction. Plans, reports, oversees and makes decisions on functional issues. Maintains sanitation and quality standards of operation. Promotes and markets operation. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates Team Members.
Basic Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent required. Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years deli/mini mart operations and supervisory work experience to include hiring, training and supervising staff, preparing budgets, financials, reviewing p&l statements, inventory, menu creation and promoting retail operations. Must have proven, exceptional customer service experience and excellent communication skills!
Preferred Qualifications
4 year college degree in related field preferred! Previous experience working directly for a food & beverage, retail operations with a three plus diamond status preferred.
Additional Information
Must be able to obtain a Health and Alcohol Awareness card upon hire. Local Candidates will be considered first!
