Job Summary
Cleans and maintains all property public areas (i.e. corridors, landings, stairwells, elevators, etc.) to meet established cleanliness and quality standards. Reports maintenance problems, property damage and missing items and reports suspicious activity. Stocks, secures and maintains cleaning cart supplies and equipment. Assists in maintaining accurate inventory.
