Job Summary
Responsible for utilizing leadership skills to guide Outbound team members, customers and other leaders in the functional areas of Human Resources Management in order to achieve business goals. Acts as a champion of the company’s mission and values, and a key advocate of the Human Resources Vision. Ensures compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulation. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive management experience in overall Human Resources with technical/strategic expertise and key areas of function
• Sound knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations and business practices related to Human Resources
• Minimum of 4 years supervising others
• Experience using programs in the Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
• PHR or SPHR
• Bachelor's Degree
