Job Summary
Support the Financial Planning & Analysis department in the budgeting and planning process and in the ongoing management, administration and enhancement of the Business Objects planning and budgeting software application. Responsible for financial analysis, modeling, forecasting and reporting efforts to assist and support the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Basic Qualifications • Four-year college degree – Accounting, Finance, Economics or related degree • 5+ years financial analysis, financial planning and/or strategic planning experience • Proficiency in all components of Microsoft Office with advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities • Knowledge of financial measurement techniques (IRR, NPV, pro formas, etc.) Preferred Qualifications • MBA or CPA • Business Objects planning and budgeting software experience • PeopleSoft financial systems experience • Timeshare industry experience • Related industry experience (real estate development, hotel/hospitality, property management) • Hands-on project management experience EOE/AA
