Job Summary
Manages, directs and coordinates all activities of the Front Desk, Reservations, Night Audit, Telephone and Bell areas. Participates as needed to ensure guest satisfaction. Works with all resort departments to meet guest expectations. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates Team Members.
Basic Qualifications
A four year degree from a college is preferable. Candidates must have some experience in management.
