Description:
Sales Manager
Hilton Grand Vacations is currently seeking a Domestic Sales Manager. As a Domestic Sales Manager you are responsible for generating maximum sales efficiencies, while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume. They assist with the supervision of a sales line through coaching, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Assists Senior Sales Manager or DOS in the supervision of the sales staff management and sales team.
* Maintain maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining or exceeding targeted net sales volume.
* Must be able to recruit, train, coach and counsel all Vacation Counselors to maximize their potential.
* Participates in the hiring, supervision, evaluation, counseling, training, coaching, and motivating the sales teams, including goal setting and monitoring of production.
* Must be able to ride with VC’s and critique their sales presentation.
* Orients new employees and assists with continuing education/training of the sales team.
* Administers written policies and procedures for departmental operations, including Human Resource paperwork.
* Participates in staff meeting and attends other meetings, such as seminars and training as required.
* Must review and communicate monthly evaluation of SSM/VC effectiveness and production based on set goals.
* Implement on-going motivational training programs for VC’s.
* Provide assistance to AVC, VC, and MVC in the form of a T.O. (AVC and VC only) or button-up.
* Represent the company in matters of customer relations (problem solving).
* Manage the Vacation Counselor’s worksheets for accuracy.
* Manage the inventory as company needs dictate.

Job Requirements :
Job Requirements
* Proven track record of success in Timeshare sales.
* A minimum of (3) three years experience of demonstrated progression in responsibilities within Timeshare sales.
* Strong interpersonal and persuasiveness skills.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.
* Has a passion for the industry and sales profession.
* Must have a customer centered focus.
* Must possess high work ethic standard.
* Has a positive demeanor.
* Has the ability to embrace change.
* Demonstrated basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
* Must posses valid Hawaii Real Estate License.
