Hilton Grand Vacations, the world-renowned vacation ownership leader, is currently searching for:
Timeshare Sales Executives: Non-Licensed
Come join the industry leader as a Sales Executive for our Direct Sales Division.
POSITION PURPOSE/DESCRIPTION
Wow our existing Owners by upselling/upgrading their membership with Hilton Grand Vacations.
Owner Team contacts our Owners to sell additional HGV points and upgrade packages.
New Owner Team responds to inquires about our product.
EXAMPLES OF DUTIES
Make all accurate disclosures
Proficient with computer systems to obtain accurate owner information
Manage productive leads for call backs
Stay current and knowledgeable regarding prices, finance rules, First Day Incentives, etc.
Accurately complete sales worksheets...i.e. down payment, closing costs, monthly payments, etc.
Keep supervisor informed on progress with active accounts and any obstacles encountered
SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
* Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
* Strong Organizational Skills
* Excellent follow up skills
* Strong relationship sales ability and empathy
* Strong conceptual skills
* Ability to handle a high degree of rejection
* Able to overcome a variety of objections and strong closing ability
Job Requirements :
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be willing to obtain a valid Florida Real Estate License in 90 days
EXPERIENCE
* One year of timeshare sales and/or phone sales experience required
* One year of basic computer knowledge required
* Proven track record
EDUCATION
High School graduate or equivalent required
