POSITION PURPOSE:
To take over outbound calls from Vacation Advisors and close sales while helping them enhance their closing percentages and sales per hours (SPH). Work hand in hand with Supervisors to help meet sales goals, training and reporting needs. Assist in the development of training programs for new hires as well as existing staff members to increase production levels.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Take over phone calls from Vacation Advisors to enhance their close rate
Monitor agents and call walk to help set up take overs in the call
Monitor agents for training purposes on closing, setup and objections/rebuttals
Use real time statistics to look for take over opportunities
Seek the direction and authorization of the Telemarketing Manager when needing an exception in closing a sale
SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:
* Assists in the implementation of goals, plans and projects set forth
* Facilitates programs and ideas to improve floor operations
* Perform Quality Assurance if needed at the end of sale
* Works closely with floor Supervisors
Job Requirements : High School diploma or GED
Strong communication skills with telesales background.
Minimum 6 months of timeshare mini-vacation package sales experience; Proven track record in telesales.
Must be computer literate.
