Lead Generator

Position Purpose:
The purpose of Lead Generator is directly responsible for the promotion of the owner referral reward program by generating leads from owners. This person is responsible for servicing owner requests,verifying all owner referral leads from point of sale (POS), generating leads via phone and verifying leads from the WEB. This program responds to owner's requests in a timely manner and represents Hilton Grand Vacations in a professional manner.

Essential Functions:
Generate owner referral names from the customer in order to support outbound owner referral package sales

have a working knowledge of the owner referral program that can be provided to owners

Have a complete understanding of the events and attractions that exist in specific destinations

Provide guests service to owners

Present owners with information that will enhance their vacation ownership membership

Meet and exceed owner's expectations by proving first class service

SUPPORTIVE FUNCTIONS:
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.

· Meets every customer over the phone with a smile. Concludes every conversation with a sincere smile and thanks guest for their time.

· Distributes only HGVC authorized information, collateral and materials, and maintain location-operating standards.

· Notifies manager of any shortages in collateral in a timely manner and reviews production reports and notifies manager of any changes.

· Assists management with the training of new hires on location.

· Complies with all reasonable requests put forth by management of which the employee is capable of performing and maintains a positive and motivated attitude

Job Requirements :

High School Diploma (GED)
1 year telemarketing experience
Basic Computer Knowledge
Knowledge of Timeshare industry preferred
sales experience preferred
