POSITION PURPOSE:
To take over outbound calls from Vacation Advisors and close sales while helping them enhance their closing percentages and sales per hours (SPH). Work hand in hand with Supervisors to help meet sales goals, training and reporting needs. Assist in the development of training programs for new hires as well as existing staff members to increase production levels.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Take over phone calls from Vacation Advisors to enhance their close rate Monitor agents and call walk to help set up take overs in the call Monitor agents for training purposes on closing, setup and objections/rebuttals Use real time statistics to look for take over opportunities Seek the direction and authorization of the Telemarketing Manager when needing an exception in closing a sale
Job Requirements :
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS: High School diploma or GED Strong communication skills with a telesales background. Minimum 6 months of timeshare phone package sales experience; multifaceted, able to handle a diverse range of problems and complaints from both customers and staff. Proven track record in telesales.
