Handle all administrative work from the team in a timely manner.
Initiate programs, ideas, strategies to improve concierge operations and accomplish monthly goals.
Update concierge reports to show tracking, pacing, and overall productivity of the Concierge Department while performancing on production and attendance.
Counsel and advise staff daily and as required on ways to improve their performance. Also monitor and give feedback on calls that the team makes or receives.
Oversee and manage the resort liaisons by spending time in both the call center and resort.
Maintains a highly motivated work environment through positive input along with ethical and advanced sales and customer service training.
Assist Concierge Representatives with day-to-day activities to provide guidance and motivation. At times taking over escalated guest calls to fix issues and provide guest satisfaction.
Manage revenue by making sure the proper fees are being charged consistently including upgrades, 45 day, change fee’s, holiday fees, and extra night charges.
Run and distribute daily work for the entire team.
Assist with the team’s payroll, performance manage missed punches, pay corrections, etc.
Job Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Must be able to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on call center needs.
Timeshare/hospitality background preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet, along with basic data entry and word processing skills.
Minimum of one year supervisor experience preferably in a call center environment.
