Essential Functions:
* Answers telephone calls and connects them to their appropriate extensions.
* Expedites guests and owners requests and concerns to departments, ensuring completion and follow-up to guest’s satisfaction.
* Ensures follow-up logs are completed.
* Assists in maintaining communication equipment such as voicemail, faxes, copies for guests and mail delivery.
* Maintain any pertinent departmental log sheets, checklists and/or reports.
* Assist with other departments as needed and carriers out other reasonable requests by management.
Job Requirements :
* High school graduate or equivalent required.
* Prior high-volume switchboard experience preferred.
