Maintenance Technician I-Hilton Grand Vacations at the Flamingo!

Maintains the guestrooms, public space, and back of the house areas in good repair to ensure an attractive and well-maintained property.  Position duties relate to a variety of trades that include but are not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, wall covering, and masonry.
Job Requirements : Minimum Job Requirements:

1.  Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from trade school or a combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

2.      Knowledge of all maintenance trades including basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical and carpentry.

3.      Basic mechanical aptitude for operation and repair of property equipment.

4.      Skill in the use of related tools, both electrical and hand tools.

5.  High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
