Hilton Grand Vacation is currently seeking a Housekeeper. As a Housekeeper you are responsible for providing excellence in cleaning services to guest and owner units, offices, lobby and common areas throughout the property in compliance with all standards of quality and productivity. Their commitment and dedication to our Spirit of Service culture is an expected behavior to be displayed towards our guests and team members at all times.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

* Cleans all assigned units, offices and public areas in compliance with all standards of quality and productivity.
* Reports any maintenance problems, damage or missing items to proper housekeeping personnel.
* Reports any suspicious activity to security.
* Maintains cleaning cart supplies and equipment in a neat and orderly appearance.
* Ensures all assets and supplies for the department are secure in storage at all times in a neat and orderly fashion.
* Assists management in maintaining an accurate inventory of linen and supplies.
* Follows all daily projects as assigned.
* Promptly turns in all lost and found items.
* Properly utilizes key sign-in and out log.
* Attent departmental meetings.
* May be required to do other duties and special projects as assigned by housekeeping management.

Job Requirements :
Job Requirements

* Knowledge of an ability to adhere to all departmental policies, procedures, safety standards including OSHA and blood borne pathogen and grooming standards.
* Knowledge of proper use of all cleaners and cleaning equipment.
* Ability to multi-task responsibilities and prioritize duties to meet deadlines and demands.
* Must be able to adjust to schedule changes and cover shifts on short notice in order to meet business demands.
* Demonstrates excellence in service quality standards that afect guest satisfaction, responding to guests in a timely and professional manner. A courteous and professional demeanor must prevail when handling upset guests and difficult situations.
* Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
