Description:

POSITION PURPOSE

Responsible for immediately greeting potential owners and guests upon their arrival for a sales presentation. Efficiently pairs owners and guests with appropriate Sales personnel using established guidelines and procedures. Duties are performed in support of outstanding guest service.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES

Essential Functions:

PREVIOUS HOSPITALITY GUEST RELATIONS OR FRONT DESK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Provides outstanding guest/owner service at all times, including answering inquiries, providing information and general problem solving.

• Assigns tours to Sales Counselors, ensuring all guidelines and policies are strictly adhered to. Immediately brings any concerns or problems to the departmental manager or designated management personnel.

• Prepares vacation planners on a daily basis in support of the tour assignment process. Planners are prepared and organized using established policies and procedures.

• Enters data into company computer system, following established policies and procedures. Entry is done in a timely and accurate manner, with any concerns or p1oblems brought to the attention of the departmental manager.

• Maintains a record of attendance for all Sales Counselors, completing and distributing appropriate attendance forms as required.

• Runs required reports and brings any concerns or problems to the departmental manager or other designated management personnel.

• Answers all incoming telephone calls professionally and courteously, directing calls appropriately and as necessary.

• Distributes and receives applications for employment in a professional and courteous manner, recording all applications in the appropriate log book.

• Assists and provides support to other departmental team members when necessary.

• Carries out a reasonable request by management of which the employee is capable of performing.

Job Requirements :

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

• Strong commitment to the consistent delivery of quality guest service.

• Professional appearance and attitude.

• Data entry and computer skills required.

• Ability to work independently and resolve guest service issues and problems.

• Must be very organized and be able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be outgoing and comfortable with meeting and assisting guests.

A minimun of six months experience in hospitality guest services or front desk is required

To formally express an interest in this job, you must have completed at least six (6) months of service in your current position and must notify your immediate supervisor. No candidate will be interviewed without prior knowledge and consultation of the immediate supervisor. AA/EOE
