Hilton Grand Vacations Company, LLC has launched its newest timeshare project in New York - West 57th Street by Hilton Club. West 57th Street by Hilton Club will be the first ground up elite residential shared ownership property ever developed in New York City.

Along with this new property, we are aggressively growing and expanding our business at a rapid pace and we are looking for TOP talent to join our team.

We are currently seeking sharp, charismatic and dynamic professionals to work as a Sales Gallery Host/Hostess. This is the first person that our customers will interact with and they must possess the service standards and brand quality that distinguishes Hilton among the finest global hospitality companies in the world. This position will greet and interact with potential guests and owners and handle all pre-arrival processes for their sales presentation including recording their reservation, assigning their Sales Tour Representative and handling the gifting program. This position will also rotate various administrative duties to include completing and updating reports and forms to assist the sales and marketing operations, updating vacation planners, handling multi phone lines and assisting guests with inquiries and information and engaging them in conversation.

This is a position designed to work approximately 30 hours per week with full-time benefits; you will be eligible for comprehensive medical and dental plan, eligible to contribute towards our 401K program, our Paid Time Off program and Hilton Worldwide Travel benefits.

Job Requirements :

The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma and possess a minimum of two years of guest/customer service experience working with high end clientele. Must also possess administrative skills to include a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word as well as being high detailed oriented with a self imposing standard of excellence in their output of work. Timeshare/vacation ownership experience is preferred. A Bachelors degree is also preferred. Bi-lingual language proficiency is a plus to cater to our international customer base. Must be able to work a flexible schedule throughout the week. Must have a polished and professional appearance with a positive attitude and a smile.
