Job Summary
The Hilton Grand Vacations Company Global Marketing Data Services department is looking for a Campaign Manager to support the development and execution of direct marketing and contact campaigns. These campaigns support key relationship marketing business objectives for Hilton Grand Vacations Company across multiple channels including direct mail, point of sale, email and telemarketing. This resource collaborates closely with internal and affiliate clients in the definition of direct marketing and contact campaigns. In this capacity, you will be a key player in the maximization and execution of campaigns in Unica’s Affinium Campaign tool leveraging Hilton Grand Vacations' various source systems and Data Warehouse. This includes, but is not limited to, understanding and creating campaign metadata, interpreting select instructions, assigning offers, and reporting execution results. This role will require partnering with the marketing organization 3rd party vendors and support personal. Successful candidates will have both practical business experience and some technical aptitude.
Because this role is key to the successful implementation of marketing and contact campaigns, you will enjoy working collaboratively with senior marketing staff to continuously develop and modify marketing campaign strategies. You will offer your internal and affiliate clients the insight to understand "how did we do" and "how might we do even better" by providing critical campaign specific project information through daily communications, weekly meetings and standard reporting, as agreed upon at the inception of each initiative.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the Unica Affinium Campaign tool (or a similar campaign management tool) and enjoy working in a team environment. EOE/AA
