Job Summary

Provides administrative and clerical support to the Resort Manager. Assists Resort Manager in oversight of all department operations and standards. Provides communication to guests and owners. Coordinates Reservations and carries out financial transactions. Responsible for guest supply inventories. Participates in operations as needed.
Basic Qualifications
High School graduate or GED equivalent is required. Minimum of five years work experience as an Administrative Assistant with three years supporting a Director level or above is required. Five years work experience effective communicating both verbally and in writing with internal and external customers is required. Must have proven customer service skills and two years proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Windows.
Preferred Qualifications
Two year college degree preferred. Previous work experience in the hospitality industry is highly desired.
