Our state-of-the-art Call Centers set the stage for the service provided to past and future Hilton guests. Here, vacation packages are sold, travels are planned and the high expectations of Hilton Grand Vacations begin. Among the key responsibilities are front-end sales and customer service activities such as: Arranging resort tours, scheduling accommodations, following-up on inquiries, explaining the intricacies of our flexible points system, and building anticipation for exciting vacations in renowned destinations.
Our most critical hiring need is for Outbound and Inbound Vacation Sales Advisors, professional sales representatives who sell vacation packages at multiple destinations via telephone to qualified families. Clients will be required to attend a Vacation Ownership presentation during their stay. These positions offer exciting long-term career and lucrative income potential for individuals who have the ability to consistently meet sales and marketing goals.
Following the purchase of a vacation package, each aspect of the customer care process is unique. That's why every one of our Team Members is thoroughly trained in a specific inbound or outbound role such as Customer Care, Activations, Fulfillment, Owner Referral and other essential positions. Together, we ensure that guests have a seamless transition throughout the various phases of their vacation ownership experience.

Full and part–time (Orlando only) openings are available on various shifts and there are opportunities to earn incentive pay based on performance.
