Our most critical hiring need is for Outbound and Inbound Vacation Sales Advisors, professional sales representatives who sell vacation packages at multiple destinations via telephone to qualified families. Clients will be required to attend a Vacation Ownership presentation during their stay. Following the purchase of a vacation package, each aspect of the customer care process is unique. That's why every one of our Team Members is thoroughly trained in a specific inbound or outbound role such as Customer Care, Activations, Fulfillment, Owner Referral and other essential positions. Together, we ensure that guests have a seamless transition throughout the various phases of their vacation ownership experience.
Full and part–time (Orlando only) openings are available on various shifts and there are opportunities to earn incentive pay based on performance.
